The UofL Trager Institute/Republic Bank Foundation Optimal Aging Clinic is dedicated to promoting lifelong wellness and education, embracing aging as a positive stage in life. Our mission is to enhance the aging experience by offering culturally competent, interdisciplinary care that includes primary care, behavioral health, lifestyle medicine, and community support programs—tailored to meet the diverse needs of older adults. We are also committed to strengthening Kentucky’s healthcare workforce through geriatric training and behavioral health workforce development programs focused on age- and dementia-friendly practices.
